• All items purchased from Punny Tees are non-refundable, except in the case of a defect determined by Punny Tees.
• In the event of a defect, we will issue a customer credit that can be used for future purchases on our Website. No funds will be refunded.

2.2 Returns:

• We accept returns for items deemed defective by Punny Tees.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of receiving the defective item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
• The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Punny Tees reserves the right to determine whether an item is defective and eligible for return.
