2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns:

2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your desired exchange or issue store credit.

Exceptions and Notes:

1. Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process and appear in your account.
